The Technology Manager is the product owner for technology solutions. You will work closely with the Business Operations team to understand business requirements and identify the optimal vehicle for delivering those requirements, emerging technologies and custom applications.  Also overseeing the design, configuration/development and deployment process to deliver those requirements. 


  • Provides recommendations around build vs. buy decisions to senior management
  • Manages team to work collaboratively using an agile software development methodology to deliver regular builds of high-quality software
  • Coach team of third-party developers, implementing standards and quality metric to ensure stable code base and agile delivery of new features
  • Work closely with Business Leads to prioritize work, develop long term product roadmaps and support short term business initiatives
  • Assists the Business Leads in preparing for Quarterly Business Reviews with customers
  • Provide thoughtful solutions for our Machine Intelligence Business including collusion and security analyses
  • Keeping up to date with latest technology trends and promoting new technologies to provide updated features and functions across all our platforms
  • Understands the business side of our corporate applications, as well as our language/operations applications, to support our goal of seamless solutions and integration for our users
  • Works closely with VP level executives in providing regular status reporting and defining technology roadmaps
  • Provide advice and support to Level1 and Level2 support teams
  • Ensure the escalation processes are maintained and followed to resolve customer issues and problems efficiently and effectively


  • Experience leading high-performing development teams using an agile methodology
  • Experience managing third party development teams remotely
  • Experience in MySQL, Linux preferably CentOS
  • Knowledge of Internet-related Microsoft technologies, such as C#, SQL .NET framework,, MVC, HTML 5, JavaScript, IIS, Web services and WCF
  • Experience managing SharePoint 2013 On Premise and Azure cloud platforms is a plus
  • Experience with Oracle Service Cloud, SAP, Qlik and TFS is a plus
  • Experience working with a globally distributed workforce is desirable
  • Background in software development projects
  • A self-starter with the ability to meet tight timelines
  • A hands-on, participative, leadership style that encourages creative problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)


  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or other technical area
