St. Michael’s House are currently seeking to appoint a Director of Human Resources and Organisation Development to lead the HR function in delivering a professional and responsive service across the organisation. Reporting to the CEO, you will be will part of the senior management team and contribute to the strategic leadership and vision of the organisation. The primary function of this role will be to develop and align the HR strategy to support the goals, values and objectives of St. Michael’s House. This will include the development and implementation of effective governance, structure, systems, policies and practices to acquire, develop, engage and motivate employees.
Your career to date will display signification strategic experience in leading a HR function, and proven success in the development and delivery of organisational change within a large multifaceted organisation.
