National Services Manager
NCBI (National Council for the Blind of Ireland) is the national sight loss agency, which offers support and services to people of all ages who are experiencing difficulties with their eyesight. The council employs approximately 300 staff throughout Ireland in a wide range of roles and functional areas. To support its growth plans, NCBI is seeking to appoint a National Services Manager to join its dedicated team of regionally based Services Managers.
The National Services Manager, as a member of the Senior Management Team, will contribute to the strategic development of the Organisation and will be responsible for leading service delivery and development within NCBI. Working with the other National Services Managers, this will be achieved through the management of a range of services to meet the growing needs of our service users enabling people who are blind and vision impaired to overcome the barriers that impede their independence and participation in society.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a significant background in disability services delivery and management in a similar or a closely related area.
Reporting directly to the NCBI Chief Executive Officer, the National Services Manager will be based between NCBI’s Dublin Offices, Tallaght, Drumcondra & Dun Laoghaire.
This is a full -time permanent role, the remuneration package offered will be commensurate with the seniority of the position.
