Founded in 1948, Enable Ireland, is a not-for-profit organisation that provides quality services to over 7,000 children and adults with disabilities and their families on behalf of the Health Service Executive. A total of 7,138 children and adults receive services through 1,422 employees working across Ireland. National Director of Services

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the National Director of Services is a senior executive with responsibility for the direction, management and administration of the nationwide provision of relevant and safe services to service users throughout Ireland.

Key relationships include: service users and their families, the Health Service Executive, senior management and staff representing the interests of service users and their families.

Applicants will have significant experience at senior management level with responsibility for service provision, staff and operational budgets of comparable complexity. Core competencies required include; leadership, strategic vision, financial acumen, judgement, organisation, communication, relationship building and service results orientation. A commitment to the mission, vision and values of Enable Ireland is essential.
