The Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) is an independent organisation that plays an essential role in improving Ireland’s health and social care and support services. Among its safety, assesses health technologies and advises on the use of health information.

The Health Information and Quality Authority is seeking to fill the
following vacancy:

Head of Standards

Setting National Standards and Guidance
for the health and social care services in Ireland

Dublin or Cork
This is a new senior management role in the Authority and an exciting opportunity to develop and enhance this function. It will involve working in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure that standards and guidance are developed in priority areas for health and social care services and that these standards and guidance drive improvement for people using these services.
