Our client, a market leader who operate on a global scale are currently recruiting for an Associate HR Director. This fantastic opportunity is perfect for a HR professional who is ready to take their career to the next level.

As Associate HR Director you will provide leadership and direction, ensuring the delivery of HR support/services in a multi-site, multi-decision operation. Within this role you will report to the Director of HR, the role of Associate HRD will see you become a key partner to Senior Operational and Commercial leaders across the business.

Brief overview of the position:

  • Provide overall leadership, direction and coordination of the HR activities
  • Work with business leaders on business strategy /objectives ensuring that HR provides real value add to these.
  • Ensure that Employee Relation and Industrial Relations strategies are aligned with business strategies to ensure maximum performance
  • Bring leadership and experience to the people strategy and change management initiatives in the business.
  • Provide leadership/direction to the HR function
  • Manage the Talent strategy and ensure leadership and employee L&D development plans in place.
  • Ensure HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) meet specific business needs.

What you need:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies or other relevant discipline
  • Certificate/Diploma in relevant HR discipline with previous experience as a HR Manager
  • Membership of Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
  • 10 + years of HR/Management related experience with at least 5 years operating at a senior management level
  • A thorough knowledge of employment law, HR practices and delivering successful IR strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop/manage human resource financial plans.
