HEAD OF STUDENT RECRUITMENT - PERMANENT
DCU is now seeking to appoint a dynamic and highly motivated individual to develop and advance its Student Recruitment Strategy and to head up its Student Recruitment team. Reporting to the Vice President for External Affairs, the Head of Student Recruitment will be responsible for leading the DCU Student Recruitment team in attracting high quality undergraduate students to study at DCU. The team is responsible for the execution of the Student Recruitment Strategy, including related communications and marketing, in the promotion of DCU to prospective Irish and EU-based students and their associated stakeholder audiences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing a high performance team. S/he will demonstrate an ability to articulate and deliver upon a vision through the development and delivery of a comprehensive roadmap. S/he should possess a a primary degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Student Recruitment and/or Careers Guidance together with evidence of effective Marketing/PR Skills.
Applicants should be familiar with leading and working with cross-functional teams within Higher Education or a similar complex environment.
Remuneration €55,884 - €88,950 per annum (Administrator II salary scale)
Appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and will be made on the appropriate point of the Administrator II salary scale, in line with current Government pay policy.
