Strategic HR Business Partner
My client is a global FMCG business, a renowned brand across the globe.
With a highly established, mature and progressive HR structure, I am recruiting on their behalf for a Strategic Business Partner to join the team.
The successful candidate will be an agile, accountable and connected partner to important commercial business units, working exceptionally closely with the two directors to develop and release the potential of talent. HR are there to challenge and support in equal measure, and to strategically shape the future organisation, focusing on Organisation Effectiveness and the talent agenda.
The successful candidate could be in a “Head of” or “Senior HR Manager” role, and compensation will be competitive at this level. A strong grasp of how a business operates is critical as is experience of delivering big outcomes in a commercial setting.
Other must haves to be successful in this role:
- You will have experience of being an active coach and contributor at leadership team level.
- You are an authentic, inspirational leader that is committed and impactful across the full HR spectrum
- You have an ability to use HR data, analysing to measure impacts, assess plans, diagnose trends and link to business performance outcomes.
- You have a deep understanding of org design principles, as well as change, project management and influencing skills
