The Mental Health Commission invites applications for the immediate vacancy of:
Senior Human Resources Manager (REF: MHC17)
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the key responsibilities will include ensuring that the key HR Strategies are delivered effectively. Initially the position will focus on the implementation of the new organisation design and structure of the Decision Support Service (DSS) whilst playing a leading
management role in the continued development of MHC resources. The position will require a high level of stakeholder engagement skills both internally and externally and would suit someone who wishes to assist the commission in establishing a new function.
The appointee will have a minimum of 5 years commercial experience, 3 years of which are at a senior level within HR Management, coupled with a qualification at level 8 or higher on the NFQ framework. Strong knowledge and experience within the Public Sector is also required.
