As encapsulated in its mission ‘Safeguarding Stability, Protecting Consumers’, the Central Bank of Ireland has responsibility for the regulation of the Irish financial services sector and the safeguarding of Irish financial stability.

We currently have a senior leadership opportunity in the following role:

• Director of Consumer Protection

Reporting to the Director General, Financial Conduct, this role provides
fantastic opportunities to join our senior leadership team and contribute to
public service through the continued leadership, development and shaping of
our Enforcement Directorates.

The Director of Consumer Protection will be responsible for developing and
overseeing the effective implementation of the Central Bank’s Consumer
Protection strategy in respect of all retail financial services firms operating in
Ireland.
