We currently have a senior leadership opportunity in the following role:
• Director of Enforcement
Reporting to the Director General, Financial Conduct, this role provides
fantastic opportunities to join our senior leadership team and contribute to
public service through the continued leadership, development and shaping of
our Enforcement Directorates.
The Director of Enforcement will be responsible for advising the Governor and Deputy Governor (Prudential Regulation) on the enforcement actions to be taken against financial institutions, individuals and other parties who breach financial regulations.
