A High-Growth Tech Company organisation is seeking a Global Talent Manager reporting to the VP of HR. This is a permanent position based in Park West with parking and easy access to the train station, attractive salary and a strong benefit offering. Some occasional east coast US travel is required but generally, work-life balance here is a major selling point at my this company.
The Role
- You will shape talent strategy, culture programmes, enhance the exceptional employee experience.
- Leadership development, succession planning, performance enhancement and talent management
Requirements:
- Happy to shape this role and make it your own.
- Work autonomously to a degree but also more importantly collaboratively to build quality working relationships.
- 5 years + talent management / organisational development experience.
