The Company
Our client is a leading global financial services company.
The Role:
- Providing legal advisory, general and regulatory support to the Dublin office.
- Identify and analyse legal (and regulatory) risks.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders in Dublin and globally
- Advice around legal aspects of structuring and executing transactions in a variety of jurisdictions
- Reviewing and negotiating a variety of document (confidentiality agreement, master agreements, security docs etc)
- Keeping up to date around AIFMD;CRD; MiFID; BRRD; and EMIR
- Reports in the Head of Legal in Dublin.
The Person
- Trained in a leading commercial firm in Dublin, the UK or US.
- 3-5 years PQE
- Good technical lawyer with excellent transactional skills
- Highly motivated.
- Excellent academics
