ESTATES MANAGER – (UP TO AUGUST 2019)
The Institute’s 150m Buildings and Facilities master plan has increased the Institute’s floor space by 140%, including the delivery of 4 new buildings since 2012; it has also increased its site space by 140% to enable the delivery of the Institute’s future strategic ambitions.
Reporting to the Vice-President for Corporate Affairs, and working alongside the Estates Project Manager, the person appointed will have a critical role in the strategic planning, development, use and maintenance of the Institute’s physical facilities, land and infrastructure.
The successful applicant will have a relevant Honours Degree (First or Second class) or equivalent and have a minimum of five years relevant experience in all aspects of the management, operation and maintenance of the facilities. A demonstrated ability to manage health and safety is also essential.
