The mission of the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement (ODCE)
is to improve compliance with company law in the Irish environment and
to bring to account those who disregard the law. The ODCE currently has
vacancies for Enforcement Portfolio Managers.

Reporting to the Director, the successful candidates will be responsible for
leading and managing a portfolio of cases and projects. These are key roles
in the organisation and the successful candidates will be expected to make
significant contributions at both operational and strategic level to complex
and serious company law investigations both civil and criminal.

The successful candidates will:

• have been called to the Bar or have been admitted and be enrolled as
a Barrister or Solicitor in the State OR be a member of an Accountancy Body supervised by the Irish Auditing and Accounting Supervisory Authority;
• have significant post-qualification experience at a suitably senior
level in an area of direct relevance to these roles;
• be flexible, results focussed and have the ability to work under pressure in a complex technical and regulatory environment;
• possess strong project management skills.
