Grangegorman Development Agency (GDA) was set up to develop 73 acres of land at Grangegorman in Dublin 7, formerly the home of St. Brendan’s Psychiatric Hospital. The challenge is to create a new city quarter incorporating new primary and community health care facilities for the Health
Service Executive (HSE), a new consolidated campus for Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) and new facilities for the local community. This national flagship project is now well underway and we are looking for enthusiastic and innovative individuals to join our existing team.

The Grangegorman Development Agency is recruiting for a number of vacancies and is looking to set up panels for the various roles. Candidates will need a recognised third level or professional qualification in the various disciplines with satisfactory relevant project experience.

Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager

The senior quantity surveyor will be responsible for the coordination and management of, and providing support and internal advice on, various key aspects of the overall Grangegorman Project. This includes works and services procurements and contracts; programme and project level reports; budgets and cost reports.
