PACE is a not-for-profit organisation that works in the community with people with convictions who have spent time in prison. Over the past five years, PACE has developed a suite of Prevention Services targeted at people with convictions for harmful sexual behaviour. The aim of these three programmes is to prevent further offences. These services include the Safer Lives Treatment Programme, the Foothold Floating Support Service and the Circles of Support and Accountability. These services work as part of a multi-agency risk management strategy using a strengths based approach in a desistance framework.

We are now expanding the Prevention Services and are recruiting the following position:

Safer Lives Psychologist

To work in partnership with the existing Safer Lives team, which has a multi-disciplinary ethos (psychology and social work), to provide a co-facilitated, process oriented, strengths based group programme. The salary for this position is the basic grade Psychologist scale.
