Gonzaga College is now seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of Fundraising Manager. As the College prepares to celebrate its 75th anniversary, ambitious plans for the College include the development of a fully integrated campus in order to further enrich their students educational experience, and promote diversity and inclusion. The Fundraising Manager position is an exciting opportunity to help to contribute to and shape the future of Gonzaga College.
The primary function of this role is to devise and implement fundraising strategies to achieve Gonzaga College’s fundraising targets. The ideal candidate must have fundraising experience, keen financial acumen and an interest in education and the future objectives and ethos of Gonzaga College.
The successful candidate will lead all the fundraising activities for the College and build philanthropy for continued strategic investment in the College. She/he will work closely with the Finance Director and build relationships across the Gonzaga community. She/he will have a proven track record in managing multiple stakeholders and building cohesive relationships.
The ideal candidate must have an honours primary degree or equivalent qualification with proven experience in fundraising, sales and/or business development in an appropriate sector. Previous experience of fundraising and/or philanthropy in Education or Learning environments is desirable.
She/he must have a professional leadership style with strong project management and operational experience. She/he must demonstrate ambition to develop this role and work with innovation across all stakeholders to build the fundraising function in Gonzaga College.
