Established Professor of Energy Chemistry
Applications are invited for the position of Established Professor of Energy Chemistry in the College of Science.
The School of Chemistry is part of The College of Science and has an international reputation for both teaching and research. The School numbers 16 academic staff, all of whom contribute to teaching and research activities. It graduates approximately 40 honours B.Sc. students from its four year undergraduate chemistry courses, 10 H.Dip./M.Sc.s and approximately 15 Ph.D.s each year. The School also contributes significantly to service teaching across the University. The total numbers of first year, second year and third year undergraduate students are approximately 780, 200 and 80; respectively. As well as an Undenominated degree offering the School offers a 4 yr Level 8 BSc Degree in Biopharmaceutical Chemistry and will next year graduate its first students from a level 8 Medicinal Chemistry BSc Degree. The School also offers both structured MSc and PhD programmes
