We are seeking highly motivated, talented and ambitious individuals to join our team in delivering the Technological University of South East Ireland.
The Institute seeks highly motivated Lecturers/Assistant Lecturers in the fields of Engineering, Business and Humanities, dedicated to making a significant and lasting contribution to the lives of our learners, to the development of the Institute and the furtherance of its core values.
The successful applicant will provide training for apprenticeship programmes. He/she will have the ability to transfer their knowledge and industry expertise to apprentice students in a learner-centred environment.
Applicants must have a recognised apprenticeship in a relevant trade holding a Senior Qualification or a National Craft Certificate or an Advanced Certificate Craft with a minimum of three years relevant post-qualification experience. It is desirable that candidates would also have attained a relevant honours degree or equivalent relevant professional qualification obtained through examination.
The Institute is committed to the implementation of the recommendations of the Expert Group on Gender Equality in Irish Higher Education Institutions (HEA June 2016) and the Gender Action Plan 2018-2020 (Report of the Gender Equality Taskforce, 2018).
