Grangegorman Development Agency (GDA) was established to develop the 73 acres of land at Grangegorman in Dublin 7. The challenge is to create a new city quarter incorporating new primary and community health care facilities for the Health Service Executive (HSE), a new consolidated campus for Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) and new facilities for the local community. This national flagship project is now well underway and we are looking for enthusiastic and innovative individuals to join our existing team.
The Grangegorman Development Agency is recruiting for a number of Senior Positions and is looking to set up a panel for various roles. The individuals will need a recognised third level or professional qualification in the various disciplines with satisfactory relevant experience in project management.
The GDA is currently seeking to appoint a Financial Controller panel. The role of Financial Controller (Professional Accountant Grade) is to manage and help develop the Agency’s financial processes, to report on Agency performance and to manage relationships with Auditors and Revenue. Experienced in financial management and reporting the appointee will work closely with the GDA’s Finance Director, Corporate Affairs Manager, Project Coordinators and Quantity Surveyors on delivery of robust financial controls and reports.
