Grangegorman Development Agency (GDA) was established to develop the 73 acres of land at Grangegorman in Dublin 7. The challenge is to create a new city quarter incorporating new primary and community health care facilities for the Health Service Executive (HSE), a new consolidated campus for Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) and new facilities for the local community. This national flagship project is now well underway and we are looking for enthusiastic and innovative individuals to join our existing team.

The Grangegorman Development Agency is recruiting for a number of Senior Positions and is looking to set up a panel for various roles. The individuals will need a recognised third level or professional qualification in the various disciplines with satisfactory relevant experience in project management.

Director of Programme & Procurement

The Grangegorman Development Agency is seeking to appoint a Director of Programme & Procurement Panel. The panel will be live for 2 years. The appointee will be responsible for the programme level management of all projects being delivered by the GDA and the procurement of all necessary services, works related services, and works required by the GDA. The appointee will be a member of the senior management team.
