Head of Business Development
A leading Global Professional Services firm is seeking to appoint a Head of Business Development to support the Firm’s Partners in the development and implementation of business and client development initiatives across their thriving portfolios.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Business Development, you will act as a key adviser to their senior level partners and will work to drive the firm’s business development strategy. This role will encompass the identification, development and implementation of major marketing and business development initiatives whilst capitalise on cross-fertilisation initiatives between industry growth areas. Leading a team, you will support and advise on key client account development activities and develop industry specific communications programs.
Tertiary qualified, you present with 10+ years demonstrable experience in leading Business Development or Sales Teams in a B2B or financial services environment and have an exceptional track record in leading business development activity. You present as a flexible, committed and driven individual and possess a high degree of energy and gravitas. You enjoy key client account management and are known for your attention to detail, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. You are also proactive and results focussed and determined to deliver the best outcomes for your clients.
