Role description

This role will own and support the end-to-end process of talent management from talent acquisition from on-boarding and talent development throughout the life cycle of the organisations employees

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective recruitment strategies, to attract and select talent across all vacancies
  • Design and manage innovative sourcing solutions for difficult to fill or unique roles through specialised campaigns and targeted channels
  • Implement workforce planning strategy to ensure future business needs are met; pipelines are maintained and talent pools are managed. 
  • Manage and develop a talent acquisition team
  • Connect our employee strategy to learning through creative blended learning solutions
  • Comprehensive on boarding and new hire experience programs
  • Partner Senior Leaders on the creation of development plans for key talent
  • Champion new development solutions, articulate relevance to business strategy and objectives
  • Support the talent management initiatives and strategy by building talent pipelines and succession planning strategies
  • Evaluation and analysis of current and new learning and development programs
  • Responsibility for event logistics, budget, invoices, external partner relationships 

Essential Skills and Qualifications

The right person for this role has demonstrated abilities and passion for developing people to reach their full potential

  • Excellent communication skills and be able to influence and build strong relationships with the business leaders
  • Ability to work successfully in a high volume and fast paced environment with the need to manage constant change. 
  • Minimum of 4 - 6 years in senior Learning & Development roles in a dynamic environment- including true end to end ownership and execution of design, delivery, development and measurement 
  • Managing multiple projects at once effectively juggling both long term planning and immediate needs 
  • Proven capabilities and understanding as a manager of best practice effective Talent Acquisition Solutions
